There were no enclosures to this letter. It does not appear the enclosures were stapled to the 4-20-01 letter as the only item stapled is Your page headlined Marked up content of April 18, 2001 Memorandum from Pam Michaelson, Senior Claims Examiner.

Additionally, it is not now a matter of merely forwarding any enclosures. You must pursue one of the avenues of appeal outlined in the decision at issue at this time.
