For a brief moment,
I thought I maybe forgetting you,
But then it came back.
The courage and strength of a man
A child like nature and innocence.
Self-less, proud, and sincere.
No complaints right to the end.
The smile that lit up a room
The best friend a person could have
A little brother, big brother,son
Grandson and boyfriend.
I remember now
And now I can go on.
