We wish to remember our precious son and brother, Michael Gerard Karanicola, by placing him on The Wall. Our hearts ache in the absence of his sweet smile and playful nature. Black olive pizza just doesn't taste the same anymore. However, we rejoice that he went "UP" to Heaven, becoming fully healed in the arms of Jesus.

We'd like to encourage those families, doctors, and researchers who are fighting childhood cancer to continue the battle with hope, courage, and conviction. And to those who wish to keep our precious child's memory alive, please consider becoming a regular blood donor and joining the National Bone Marrow Registry.
